The Media and Communication Department of the Ministry of Defense reported that the Syrian Arab Army entered the cities of Maskanah and Al-Shaddadi. These cities are located in the northeastern province of Hasakah. The troops began an operation to clear these territories of terrorists. During the operation, several militants were eliminated. Warehouses with weapons and ammunition were also discovered. The authorities stated that this is an important step in the fight against terrorism in the region.
