The United Nations organization announced on Sunday that "conditions have not yet been created" for the repatriation of people to the border settlements.
This statement was made by the delegation of the UN during a visit of experts to the region where the conflict occurred, which forced thousands of people to leave their homes. After assessing the situation, they concluded that for safe return, the following key conditions must be met, including the restoration of infrastructure and ensuring stability.
One of the problems identified by specialists is the necessity of creating guarantees of safety for the local population so that they can return and begin to live normally. Additionally, it is necessary to solve the issue of restoring the education and healthcare systems in these areas.
