Three Syrian sources familiar with the matter said on Tuesday that the U.S.-led coalition against the terrorist organization "ISIS" is negotiating to hand over the al-Hol camp, where civilians linked to the group are being held, to Syrian authorities. One source, a Syrian official, said the talks focus on a smooth transfer of control from Kurdish security forces that had been controlling the camp to Syrian authorities to avoid any security risks or prisoner escapes. Earlier in the day, Syria's Interior Ministry had said about 120 members of the terrorist group had fled al-Shadadi prison after the Kurdish Rudaw news agency quoted Farhad Shami, a spokesman for the Syrian Democratic Forces.
