The President of Syria, Ahmad Shararah, confirmed his status as the head of state in his first official address following his appointment to the presidency during this period.
In the course of the address, the president expressed his gratitude for the trust that the country has shown him and called on all citizens to unite and cooperate in the name of the prosperity and development of Syria.
"We have faced serious challenges and problems, but I am confident that with your support we can overcome all difficulties and ensure the stability and prosperity of our country," the president emphasized.
