As a result of the aviation attacks by Turkey in the northeast of Syria, 12 people were killed, controlled by the Syrian Democratic Forces. Among the victims are civilians. Sources of the conflict gave various assessments of the incident. Representatives of the Kurdish forces stated that the attacks resulted in a large number of casualties, including women and children. At the same time, official sources from Ankara claimed that the targets of the strikes were militants linked to terrorist organizations. Human rights organizations drew attention to the growing danger to the civilian population and called for the cessation of military actions to avoid a humanitarian catastrophe.
