The UN Special Envoy for Syria, Geir Pedersen, stated on Friday that the time has come to establish "a credible and inclusive transitional government, without excluding anyone." Pedersen noted that the time has come to establish such a government after the announcement of the constitutional statement of temporary authorities. He hopes this statement "will help Syria restore the rule of law and contribute to an organized and comprehensive transition process."
